The LCD series dry coolers equipped with brazed aluminium microchannel heat exchangers and electronically commutated (EC) fans. These dry coolers can be used for process liquid cooling, water or brine, in air conditioning, refrigeration, and industrial process applications such as free cooling. The LCD dry coolers offer efficient and low noise performance and are a perfect match for water-cooled chillers.
A wide selection of options and accessories available for tailor making a customer solution, including adiabatic spray system, e-coating for cooling coil protection, automatic coil cleaning system, and BMS connectivity options.
The LCD range is built as V-shaped coil modules that can be arranged in single or dual cooling circuit.
High-end, demand responsive dry coolers
Axial fans driven by EC-motors have high energy-saving potential in particular, under part-load, where the losses of efficiency is significantly lower than those for fans with asynchronous motors. In combination with low air-resistant coils, EC fans promote significant energy savings while remaining relatively quiet throughout the entire speed range.
To fulfill the most demanding noise requirements, fans can be fitted with advanced diffusers.
