LOW-GWP DROP-IN REPLACEMENT FOR R134A

R513a is an azeotropic low-GWP, and non-ozone depleting refrigerant based on hydrofluoro-olefin (HFO), developed to replace R134a for new and retrofit medium temperature refrigeration systems. Its energy efficiency and capacity match those for R134a, allowing to convert the existing R134a systems to operate safely with a significantly reduced environmental impact.

The global warming potential of the R513a mixture is 573 (compared to 1300 for R134a), while ozone depletion potential is zero. R513a is nonflammable in the air under regular conditions.
