Kaltra expands manufacturing facilities for microchannel heat exchangers
Kaltra has announced the expansion of its manufacturing facilities to meet rapidly growing global demand for its microchannel heat exchanger (MCHE) products. This strategic move aims to enhance production capacity, optimize lead times, and support innovation in heat exchanger solutions.
The inaugurated facility measures 32,400 m² in area and houses a manufacturing plant, offices, a laboratory, and a warehouse.
The new plant will accommodate state-of-the-art production equipment, which includes fin mills, high-performance automatic/semi-automatic core builders, controlled atmosphere brazing (CAB) furnaces, and test/inspection facilities. The plant will streamline manufacturing and guarantee high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency. This strategic expansion confirms that Kaltra is committed to taking the lead in microchannel coil technology and serving the growing global industrial needs.
The increase in capacity only strengthens Kaltra’s ability to serve key markets, including HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial cooling, further solidifying its position as a leader in MCHE manufacturing.
