Kaltra significantly lifted its production capacity in 2025

In response to rapidly growing demand for microchannel coils, Kaltra has expanded its production capacity to 3,000,000 units annually. With over 800,000 heat exchangers manufactured in 2024 alone, this significant capacity increase marks a major milestone in the company’s production capabilities.

Significant investments have been made in both plant machinery and workforce expansion, including the commissioning of continuous-type CAB furnaces, advanced fin-forming machines, and semi-automatic core assembly systems. In parallel, heat exchanger inspection capabilities have been enhanced with the addition of state-of-the-art helium leak detection equipment.

The plant now occupies 60,000 square meters of production space, complemented by 12,000 square meters of dedicated office facilities and an expanded loading yard.

As part of its environmental protection strategy, Kaltra has relocated its coating application operations to an off-site facility.

Additionally, Kaltra has launched a staff care program aimed at promoting employee well-being and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
