MICROCHANNEL COIL REPLACEMENTS FOR YORK® CHILLERS

Direct-fit microchannel replacement coils for York® chillers, engineered to match or exceed OEM performance. Each coil model is thermodynamically and dimensionally aligned with York’s original specifications for seamless drop-in installation.

Replacements are available for a wide range of York air-cooled chiller models, including the YVAA and YLAA series. Coils with epoxy electrophoretic coating (e-coating) are offered for enhanced protection in corrosive environments, with Kaltra’s proprietary coating options available upon request.

Installation

Kaltra’s replacement microchannel coils for York® chillers are designed for seamless, direct-fit installation, minimizing system downtime and simplifying the retrofit process. Coils are matched to the original York® design to ensure full compatibility with existing connections, supports, and system components.

To assist with installation, detailed installation instructions are available for downloading. These guidelines cover best practices for coil handling, mounting, brazing, pressure testing, and system commissioning to ensure proper integration. For additional support during installation or commissioning, Kaltra’s technical team is available to assist.
