When you need OEM replacement coils for your refrigeration or cooling system, Kaltra gets you covered with microchannel heat exchangers, matching or exceeding the performance of original coils.
Supplied coils are fully compatible with originally installed for many models of chillers, air-cooled condensers, dry coolers, and other HVAC equipment. Compatibility in dimensions, refrigerant connections and mountings, and detailed installation manuals ensure easy replacement, while the exact performance match guarantees stable heat exchanger operation for the equipment.
Long service life is guaranteed for Kaltra coils by using high-end, long-life aluminum alloys and advanced brazing technology in controlled-atmosphere furnaces. Protective coatings provide additional corrosion resistance and an extended lifespan for seashore and marine applications, installations in highly-polluted industrial zones, and other corrosive environments.
Kaltra delivers, normally from stock, microchannel coils to replace original condensers for York chillers (YLAA, YVAA, and YVFA series), Trane RTAF and ACS chillers, and Carrier – series 30RB, 30XA, and more. Coils are available with electrophoretic epoxy coating and uncoated.
Replacement coils can also be used in the equipment originally supplied with finned tube coils, making your equipment more efficient and reliable.
