Kaltra expands its business in the segment of evaporative cooling

In line with its growth strategy, air conditioning and refrigeration specialist company Kaltra is laying the organizational foundations for further business diversification and market expansion. In addition to its existing core business areas, Kaltra has now also started in the evaporative cooling sector with its newly introduced product lines.

Evaporative cooling offers a variety of advantages over traditional, mechanical cooling solutions, all of which are contributing to energy savings and lower operating costs, thus making this environmental-friendly solution extremely attractive for the customers.

Realizing the benefits, market potential, wide reach, and the all-pervasiveness of evaporative cooling solutions, Kaltra enters this market with its highly efficient and cost-effective products after careful, long-term field testing under diverse environmental conditions. The range of Kaltra’s evaporative cooling solutions now includes Ultracompact II chillers in the capacity range up to 300kW, condensers and dry coolers of Bora Series, and will be expanded with higher capacity models.

All equipment will be based on an innovative solution with evaporative media fabricated from aluminum: compared to traditional cellulose-based media, it offers more efficient cooling, minor maintenance, and significantly longer lifespan.
