Growth through manufacturing efficiency

Kaltra delivered remarkable Q1 and Q2 performance and is expected to continue growing through investments in R&D and manufacturing processes.

“The implementation of a new manufacturing process for our microchannel heat exchangers allowed us to improve the quality and longevity of our products without increasing the production costs. This quality increase has directly led to a sales increase of 27% over the first half of 2024. We will continue to optimize our production lines to increase further our products’ quality, longevity, and efficiency,” said Paul Larson, Business Development Officer at Kaltra.

Despite a rise in shipping costs, Kaltra has further increased sales by 23% in Q1 and by 31% in Q2 of 2024. Organic sales increased by 19% in Q1 and 24% in Q2.

Kaltra achieved this growth by using newly acquired know-how and technologies in the manufacturing process. Looking at our data, a direct correlation between quality and the increase in sales to first-time customers can be seen. The second largest contributor has been an overall increase in sales to our long-term customers in North America and Europe.

With this Q1 and Q2 performance, Kaltra expects the revenue to be 18% higher than our estimates for the year 2024, and in comparison to the year 2023, the expected revenue is estimated to be 25% higher.
